A lot of things can keep us healthy, the right amount of sleep, exercise and having friends and eating healthy food. Eating healthy food means not eating too much and not eating the same thing always. Our body is composed into three components carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Carbohydrates like Sugar and starch are present in potatoes and we also need vitamins and minerals that keep us fit. For example salt or Calcium. People need to brush their teeth often to keep away the bacteria and remain healthy. The importance of brushing our teeth every day. While we eat small particles of wood get stuck between our teeth and it will give rise to bacteria and these bacterias will reproduce and cause dental problems. We did not need to protect against all the bacteria entering our body. Some live outside, some live inside the body. Without unknowingly that may enter our body. The best way to keep healthy is to strengthen our immune system. A diet that is fruits and vegetables, exercise and fresh air keep us fit. Playing a sport is healthy. It strengths our blood circulation and concentration while we are in a classroom. When we eat more than what we need the body converts the excess food into fat and thus we became bulky and heavy. So keep fit and healthy.
